Diversity Tennis is a new, not-for-profit, organisation dedicated to providing tennis to absolutely anyone. We'd love to hear from anyone who is interested in joining one of our sessions or partnering with us in some way to help increase our reach.

  • Ely Walking Tennis in a League of Their Own

    Needingworth Tennis Club and Ely Walking Tennis Titans

    Walking Tennis isn’t only for those who are injured or whose tennis career is winding down.

    Anyone who has popped into the Hive Leisure Centre on a Tuesday between 2-3pm knows that the reality is very different. 

    BUT… unless you try it out, it’s hard to understand that as well as offering tennis at a gentler pace, we also offer highly competitive games. Both of which are actually rather good fun!

    We have set out to change how Walking Tennis is perceived, as well as giving our players a new challenge. Introducing our new mini league!

  • Wheely Walking Tennis - part one

    Whilst the prevailing view of wheelchair tennis is seeing incredible athletes such as Alfie Hewitt and Lucy Shuker flying around the courts at Wimbledon, the view is slightly different at the Hive Leisure Centre in Ely on a Friday 1-2pm.
